Did you know that there is a local Support Group for people going through different stages of (all) cancers?
If you or a loved one have been recently diagnosed, are undergoing treatment, are a care-giver or are a survivor who wants to support others, then contact The Fighters Support Group This morning we conducted our first Breast Clinic at Journey of Hope Botswana. Village Imaging brought through their iBreast screening device (which detects changes in breast tissue) and breast ultrasound scans were conducted using the Sonon and JOHB ultrasound machines.
If you are concerned about any unusual changes in your breast, contact us on 72305012 or email us info@joh.org.bw to discuss an appointment at our next Breast Clinic. Every year the Std 7 learners at Northside School find innovative ways to raise funds for cancer awareness. They remind us all that you are never too young to empower yourself with knowledge about cancer, or stand up and actively make a difference.
We salute you. If you missed our interview on Yarona FM this morning, here it is! Click on this link.
