Taking a coffee break, during our second Breast Clinic at Journey of Hope Botswana.
Contact us (if you are not on medical aid), have a breast issue and need to have your breasts examined. Our next clinic is Sat 04 May. Spaces limited. Today we had an engaging awareness session with the BTU (Mogoditshane Region) as part of their Commemoration of International Women's Day Tea Session. The speakers included:
Ms Ratanang Baleseng (GBV) Ms Onica Lekuntwane (Breast Cancer) Ms Mponwane (Motswana Woman NGO) — at Yarona Country Lodge. When your wife, girlfriend, daughter, friend or colleague is diagnosed with Breast Cancer, you may feel helpless and wish there was something you could do to show your empathy.

If you or a loved one have been recently diagnosed, are undergoing treatment, are a care-giver or are a survivor who wants to support others, then contact The Fighters Support Group This morning we conducted our first Breast Clinic at Journey of Hope Botswana. Village Imaging brought through their iBreast screening device (which detects changes in breast tissue) and breast ultrasound scans were conducted using the Sonon and JOHB ultrasound machines.

Every year the Std 7 learners at Northside School find innovative ways to raise funds for cancer awareness. They remind us all that you are never too young to empower yourself with knowledge about cancer, or stand up and actively make a difference.
